These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 1jjjj platform, including all betting, casino, gaming, promotional and account services made available through the website at 1jjjj.cam ("Platform", "Site", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, or placing any wager or gaming bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and must not attempt to register an account.

You represent and warrant that:

• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and are not doing so under coercion or misrepresentation;
• All information you provide during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, current and complete;
• You will promptly notify us of any material change to your registration information.

We reserve the right to decline registration, suspend or close any Account at our sole discretion, including where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a user has misrepresented any information or violated these Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on 1jjjj, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. The Platform operates an adults-only policy. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process.
2. Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered Account. If you already hold an Account under a different email address, username or identity, you must not register an additional Account.
3. Accurate Identity: The identity information you provide must be your own. You may not register an Account under another person's identity, using fictitious details, or using documents that do not belong to you.
4. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order, whether self-imposed through this Platform or through any other gambling self-exclusion scheme.
5. Legal Capacity: You must not be subject to a court order, guardianship arrangement or other legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into binding agreements.

During registration, you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and contact details. This information must match the identity documents you will be required to submit during the KYC verification process.

5.1 Account Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account using valid credentials will be attributed to you and treated as authorised activity, unless you have promptly notified us of unauthorised access.

5.2 Contact Information Updates

If your email address, telephone number or other contact details change, you are responsible for updating them promptly through your Account settings or by contacting player support. We are not liable for failed communications arising from outdated contact information.

5.3 Account Security

You should use a strong, unique password for your 1jjjj Account and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact player support immediately via the channels listed in Section 19.

In accordance with the Platform's anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and age verification requirements, all players are required to complete identity verification before withdrawals are processed and, in some cases, before certain deposit or betting limits are lifted.

6.1 Required Documents

Standard KYC documentation typically includes:

• A valid, current government-issued photo identification — typically a Pakistani CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card) or a valid passport;

7.1 Payment Method Availability

The Platform may reference familiar Pakistani payment infrastructure — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual references to payment rails that may be available. 7.2 Player-Owned Payment Methods

9.2 Bonus Opt-In

9.3 Bonus Abuse

10.1 Bet Placement

• Opening more than one Account, including under different names, email addresses or payment methods;
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including family members;
• Using any automated system, bot, script, crawler or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform's betting markets, games or promotional systems;
• Exploiting software errors, system vulnerabilities, data feed delays (also known as "arbing" or "late betting") or any other technical advantage not sanctioned by the Platform;
• Attempting to launder funds or use the Platform to facilitate any financial crime, including but not limited to money laundering or terrorist financing;
• Engaging in coordinated play with other accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse or match manipulation;
• Attempting to access, interfere with or damage the Platform's infrastructure, including through hacking, DDoS attacks or any other unlawful technical interference;
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed through this Platform or any third-party self-exclusion scheme.

The Platform reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or identity fraud;
• Detection of multiple Accounts linked to the same individual;
• A request for self-exclusion submitted by the Account holder;
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider in relation to a deposit;
• Legal or regulatory requirements requiring the cessation of service to a particular individual or jurisdiction.

12.1 Closure by Player

Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting player support. Where a closure is requested for responsible gambling reasons (e.g., self-exclusion), the Platform will apply appropriate measures to prevent re-registration for the duration of the self-exclusion period.

12.2 Balance on Closure

Where an Account is closed by the player and no breach of these Terms has occurred, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the last-used withdrawal method, subject to successful KYC verification and standard processing timelines.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1jjjj shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities arising from your use of the Platform;
• Interruptions to service caused by technical failures, maintenance, data feed errors or events outside the Platform's reasonable control;
• Financial losses resulting from your betting or gaming activity on the Platform;
• Any third-party claims arising from your use of the Platform in breach of applicable laws;
• Decisions made in reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, market data or promotional examples.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

The collection, storage, processing and use of your personal data is governed by 1jjjj's Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its current form.

Your personal data will be used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, player support and improving Platform services. 1jjjj reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered players via email or a notification within their Account dashboard.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept any change to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.1.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is incorporated or licensed. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction.

18.1 Complaints Procedure

In the event of a dispute or complaint, you should first contact 1jjjj player support using the contact details in Section 19. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 business hours and resolve them within 14 days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved satisfactorily, you may have the right to refer the matter to an applicable dispute resolution body depending on the operator's licensing jurisdiction.
